Hi, Meet Your Coach

I’m Antonela Butuc, MSc Nutritionist, Coach and Expert in Brain Health and EFT with over 15 years of experience helping women achieve optimal health through personalised nutrition and stress management strategies.

When I studied hormones, PMS, and menopause during my years of nutrition, I made a promise to myself: perimenopause was not going to be the nightmare everyone says it is. After dealing with some health crises in my 30s, I was determined to make this time of my life adventurous, energetic, and full of everything we’ve been told it can’t be. Now that I have just turned 50, I’ve navigated this part of life with energy and health! And now, I’m helping other women achieve the same results. My work focuses on helping women transition through PMS and perimenopause with grace and ease in their best health.

I know how you feel. You’re caught in the whirlwind of life, tired and stressed out. You’re overwhelmed by all the symptoms and emotions and just want to feel good again. I’ve been through a lot in life and have learned much about emotions and stress and how they impact our health.

As a Nutritionist and Brain Health Coach, I’ve increasingly observed the deep connection between our emotions, physical health, and mental well-being. My personal experience with PTSD has shown me how much our past influences our choices and how significantly our mental and physical health and well-being can be affected.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping) has been a revolutionary method in my journey of healing from PTSD and an invaluable tool that I’ve successfully integrated into my practice.

I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise from the University of Chester, UK, and a second Master’s from Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest. I have expertise in the complex understanding of nutrition, brain health, and the power of emotional balancing.

 

My mission is to guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself, to understand the influence of emotions on health, and to use EFT as a tool for restoration and rebalancing. I approach health and well-being from the unique perspective of bio-individuality, recognizing that each person has their own context and specific needs.
