As I sit here and reflect on my journey, I can’t help but feel grateful for how far I’ve come. It wasn’t easy, but every struggle, every challenge, and every setback led me to this moment—the moment where I’m comfortable in my own skin, I’m at the weight that feels healthy, I’m able to do all the things I want to do because I have the energy of a 20 years old I never thought I’d see that again. My hormones are in balance.  

I’ll be honest with you

Getting to this point wasn’t easy

Let me take you on a journey of health realization, growth and self-discovery.

Starting out as a new nutritional therapist, I knew I wanted to help people, especially children with autism. I saw big improvements in their health and well-being when their mums implemented my recommendations. 

I quickly discovered that these mums were busy professional women who were struggling to prioritize their own health and well-being alongside their children’s needs. 

As a mother of two myself, I understood the pressure and importance of putting your children first, but I also knew that you couldn’t pour from an empty cup.

That’s when I decided to start working with these mothers too. And the results were amazing – not just for them but for their children as well. However, my own journey to health and wellness was just beginning.

Hi! I’m Antonela

I’m an MSc. Nutritional Therapist, and the reason I created this membership, is that I’ve worked with countless women suffering from perimenopausal hormonal changes. It’s all about listening to your own body and learning how to help it thrive, not trying to fit into someone else’s mould. 

As a highly experienced nutritionist, I have a strong foundation in the science of nutrition and human performance, and I’ve built my practice on that. I have a proven track record of helping clients identify their nutritional needs and develop personalised nutrition plans to meet those needs.

I hold a Master in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Chester and a second Master’s from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Carol Davila in Bucharest

I had a series of life events that ended up with me suffering from PTSD which led me down a path of emotional eating, bad habits and weight gain. 
I struggled to try and correct this so in that moment I tried a few ”quick fix” things that you know don’t work but that only ended up with my anxiety and lack of sleep worsening, and I developed an autoimmune condition. I thought to, myself there has to be a way to do this naturally while supporting my body, supporting my mental health avoiding complications and not going into mountains of debt.

And that’s when it hit me!

But as they say, every cloud has a silver lining.

Through working with my therapists and coaches to overcome my PTSD, I realized that weight loss, hormonal imbalance, and blood sugar control were missing a critical component – mindset and belief.
I realized that long-term change requires support, accountability, and a shift in mindset. When I took care of this piece that’s when I started to see the results I had been wishing for.

I was able to get my eating habits under control. I easily and effortlessly lost weight without feeling hungry, without cravings, without medications and other substitutes, and all the side effects. My anxiety grew less, I started getting good sleep and my autoimmune condition went into remission.

And this time, I finally started to see the results I’d been working for so hard.

The best thing?

It’s not a quick fix or a temporary solution. It’s a sustainable

lifestyle change that continues to help me achieve my health

and wellness goals for the long haul.
