I’m an MSc. Nutritional Therapist and my journey as a nutritionist has been driven by a deep passion for helping women navigate the challenges of hormonal changes.

I’ve witnessed countless women struggling to find the right path to health in an era inundated with ‘one-size-fits-all’ solutions peddled by so-called ‘experts’ on the internet.
